Yes. If your false alarm activations were caused by unusual circumstances, and you have taken steps to correct the problem, you can request a waiver.
Within 15 days of receiving the notice, please write or e-mail the Alarm Administrator at: 1051 Junction Boulevard, Roseville, CA 95678 or at
[email protected]. The Chief of Police or his designee will render a decision in writing. Waivers are not granted often, and are reserved for unusual circumstances.
Be sure to include the following information with your appeal:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address (if applicable)
- The alarm location
- Date of the false alarm
- Your permit number
- Reasons for the appeal
- Any supporting evidence
