Families are in for an "udderly" delightful experience with the upcoming Goat Meet and Greet pop-up events! The events will take place at Maidu Regional Park on June 24 and at Mahany Park on June 25, both days from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Children and adults will have the chance to pet the cutest baby goats, participate in goat-themed crafts and enjoy delicious sweet treats that are truly the Greatest of All Time (G.O.A.T).
Mark your calendars and join us for a day of goat fun!
Goat grazing is an environmentally friendly option for open space management. Goats assist with thatch control, invasive species management and help reduce potential fire load due to dry grasses - not to mention they can get into canyons much easier than mowing equipment.
If you want to see where our herds of goat are working hard to eat dry brush and grass throughout the city, check out our Goat Tracker at roseville.ca.us/GoatTracker.
