Global technology outage update

Roseville utility billing services are now fully functional and online services have been restored. At this time, all City services are fully operational. We appreciate your patience.

Roseville utility customer service teams are available today to answer your questions.

However, due to the global technology disruption, we cannot make account changes or accept payments now.

We will provide updates once the system is operational. Thank you for your patience!

Overnight the City experienced some technology disruptions as part of the global outage.

Critical infrastructure, including 911 services, were not affected and continue to operate normally. Some public facing services such as utility billing and our passport office are still being evaluated. We will update when we confirm the status of these services. 

City buildings will open following their normal schedules today, however some services may be affected. We will continue to provide updates throughout the day.
