The Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District meets on the third Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Placer Mosquito Abatement Office in Roseville. The Roseville representative is one of five Placer County regional trustees and makes determinations on abatement needs, funding allocation, funding mechanisms, and special abatement requirements for the district which includes 53,000 parcels in south Placer County.
