The Customer Self Service site allows customer to:
- View and pay your bill online
- Pay now or schedule payment
- Make a one-time payment (no login required)
- Enroll in AutoPay or pay-by-text
- Sign up for paperless billing
Residential and commercial customers can pay via bank account with no fee.
Residential customers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover with no fee. There is a 2.95% fee ($1.95 minimum) for commercial customers who choose to pay with MasterCard of Discover.
* Returned payment policy: Please be advised, if a payment made by check is not honored by the bank, a $25 fee will be charged on the first return. Any subsequent returns will be charged a $35 fee. Two returned items within a 6 month period will result in check payments no longer being accepted by the bank.
